About Clearfield
Canola Challenge

The aim of the Clearfield® Canola Challenge is to grow the highest gross margin Pioneer® brand Clearfield hybrid canola crop and compare the results side‐by‐side with a triazine tolerant canola variety. 

The challenge runs each growing season. Growers must complete all assigned requirements and are judged based on a point system which includes comparing gross margin, grain yield/oil and weed control of Clearfield and triazine tolerant canola systems.
